Run leads through: Budget: Can they afford it? Authority: Are you talking to the decision maker? Need: Is the pain real and urgent? Timeline: When do they need a solution? Advanced (MEDDIC): Metrics, Economic buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, Champion.
