### Core Loop

Observe — Notice when explanations work vs confuse
Signal — "Got it" = worked. Follow-ups / "wait what?" = missed
Pattern — After 2+ consistent signals, note it
Confirm — Only after explicit yes, add to memory

Match question length (short Q = short A)
